OBJECTIVE 2:

Strengthen knowledge sharing tools

To support long-term impact, we are investing in better tools and systems to help Black communities’ access and use the gathered knowledge effectively.

Key activities:

  • Developing a new Knowledge Mobilization (KM) plan to guide the intuitive
  • Gather additional input to review and update existing KM resources
  • Develop/revise/gather new resources that address current gaps
  • Refresh and revamp our digital platform to improve access and usability

Expected outcomes:

  • Existing KM resources produced during the first phase revised based on the feedback we receive from funded projects and community partners
  • New knowledge tools and resources developed by funded projects and compiled
